Change or cancellation of a reservation: Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before departure time.
Cancellation due to bad weather: The decision to cancel the boat tour due to bad weather may be made on the spot in real time. The team monitors weather reports before each departure to ensure everyone’s safety. Once under way, the trip may be changed, or the outing cancelled to ensure maximum safety. When an outing is cancelled, it is deferred to a later date with the agreement of the participants.
Safety procedures: Before setting out on the boat tour, you will be asked to listen carefully to the captain’s procedures and boat regulations. Lifejacket procedures in the case of an emergency or fire will be explained to you prior to departure. It is important that you pay careful attention to them.
Children under the age of 12: The wearing of a lifejacket is mandatory for all participants under the age of 12. Parents or guardians remain responsible at all times for children on board the boat. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult; that person must refrain from consuming alcohol during the entire trip. Children under 12 are only admitted for 2-hour tours. They must wear a life jacket at all times while tours.
Use of the kitchen: Each client who uses the kitchen or the BBQ on the boat is responsible for cleaning them before the end of the trip.
Special Events: The price for special events, such as weddings or wedding anniversaries, starts at $3,000 plus taxes. Any other occasion requiring additional preparation, such as decorations, special drink orders (for weddings only), or meal arrangements, will incur an additional cost. Please inform us of any changes or additions before the event.
Smoking ban on board: No smoking is allowed on the boat, regardless of the substance (tobacco, marijuana). Only electronic cigarettes (vaping) are accepted on board.
Responsibility for participants’ safety: The responsibility of the Sam' Relax team is limited to the activities on the boat. Once you disembark at the end of the boat tour and leave on foot or by car, you are responsible for your own safety. You must therefore take the necessary precautions if you plan to consume alcohol on the boat.
Everyone’s safety: To ensure the trip is safe and enjoyable, the Sam’ Relax team reserves the right to refuse anyone deemed a risk to the safety of others aboard the boat. We reserve the right to refuse anyone who is in an inebriated state.
Objects lost or stolen: We are not responsible for objects lost or stolen during your time aboard the Sam’ Relax.
